Dust Dynamics

The general process in completing a dust collection system can be concisely summarized as follows:

Sri Lankan Customers :

Customer contacts Dust Dynamics (Pvt) Ltd describing the overall requirement.
Customer may visit the showroom and factory for discussions.
Customer may provide a brief sketch indicating the locations of the Dust Sources, Type and details of machinery, possible deposition site, building/site details, photographs, etc.
A Technician or an Engineer shall visit the Site for the Preliminary Evaluation (A reasonable nominal fee may apply)
A proposal or Quotation shall be given accordingly.
Customer together with the Dust Dynamics Team shall proceed with further discussions as required thereby finalizing all pertaining details.
Upon confirmation, Dust Dynamics Shall proceed ahead with the manufacturing of components.
With minimal disruption to the existing operation of the customer operation, Dust Dynamics team shall proceed with the onsite installation of the Dust Collection system

Overseas Customers :

Customer contacts Dust Dynamics (Pvt) Ltd describing the overall requirement.
Customer provides a drawing indicating the locations of the Dust Sources, Type and details of machinery, possible deposition site, building/site details, photographs, etc.
Upon making a nominal fee for the design of the System, Dust Dynamics shall conduct the design within a specified period and submit the proposal to the customer.
It can be arranged for a Senior Technician or an Engineer to visit the Site for an Evaluation. (A reasonable fee covering Traveling, food, Lodging, etc may apply)
Customer together with the Dust Dynamics Team shall proceed with further discussions as required thereby finalizing all pertaining details.
Upon confirmation, Dust Dynamics Shall proceed ahead with the manufacturing of components at the Factory.
Upon completion of the above within a specified period, all components even including nuts & bolts, etc together with comprehensive installation instruction shall be shipped to the customer location.

Following Installation options are available for Overseas Customers :

Dust Dynamic can send technicians for an additional cost.
Customer may send their technicians to our factory prior to shipping the goods, for a hands on training/briefing on expected installation.
The customer may install the system with the aid of the installation details provided. Further, the customer shall seek assistance over Skype or the Telephone from Dust Dynamics staff at all times.
